Background - ported out of Verizon on 3/18/14 - on 3/31/14 on ATT had a fraud issue thought it fixed but I am receiving calls from Aursion for device returns and new bill has $600 of deductible on it. AT&T executive team hasn't responded to my credit request in over the last 3 days after my voice message
Ok today Verizon win back team calls and offers me a edge 10gb plan for my 3 lines ported - total of $78 for data (22%discount with my employer) and $15 each line - so $2 cheaper than AT&T plus $300 bill credit, waived act fees, and credit for the efts I just paid last night
My service is good with AT&T except I do miss calls in fringe areas and text messages. My husband hates AT&T service on his iPhone 5
I can say the fraud issue and handling of it has me almost ready to take Verizon offer - what would u do?????
