Hello,

I got a i5 iMac 27" 2.7ghz 4gb ram 1tb hard disck yesterday, anyways I started it up updated the software and I entered the app store and tried to update the apps which are Garage band and iphoto when I was asked to buy a software; anyways I continue to proceed until I was asked 2 security questions that I could'nt answer (tried it many times) until my account was suspended.

I go to my apple id site, login and go to password and security and try to send an email with instructions to my rescue email on numerous accounts and still have'nt recieved anything. After 8 hours(until I can reset) (contact Apple Support) the solution has not been resolved.

Now I cannot download any rental movies, music on iTunes(on iPad, iPhone, Macbook Pro) nor update the apps on my new iMac.

Any help would be appreciated.

iPhone and Garageband are part of iLife or can be purchased from the app store. They won't come preinstalled.

How did you originally install them?

It seems like your Apple ID is screwy and the only folks that can fix that are Apple support. They're pretty good about getting back to their email problems.

The problem is that I contacted them and was on the phone for 20 minutes, they told me after 8 hours you will recieve an email that will guide you to reset the whole procees on my rescue email.

Anyways do you know how I can find my rescue email because I've got numerous emails.
