I don't see how it's fair for people to sell my email address. It's mine. Shouldn't I have some sort of say as to who can have it? No, because people want to make money off of it. Now, I'm not necessarily against the people who really think they're doing a service, but the people with obviously fake (i.e. not used by a real person) email addresses, or when I get spam email FROM MY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS...it's just rediculous. Why should we have to put up with that? And no, it's not the same as junk mail. a) I don't get offered help with my mortage, or viagra, or ***** enlargements, or perscription drugs for cheaper in my home mailbox. And b) just because I get junk mail in my mailbox doesn't mean it's ok that I get it in my email inbox. I don't want it in either place, and I'm just as mad at anyone who sends junk or spam mail.
