Looks like the $10 gets you a MacBook on the 15th. Not so upset not spending the $10 and getting it buy the 16th!
I paid the $10, and FedEx says the 15th! Ha! Oh well, it was only $10.
Those who paid for expedited, has your computer already left Shanghai? From previous experience the Fedex International Economy packages either got routed through Lantau Island in HK (current day HKG) and then trough Incheon or Japan, Anchorage, and Memphis whereas the expedited packaged often got placed on the Shanghai to Memphis 77F. Would be curious to see what happens this time around.
Mine still says "At Local Facility" in Shanghai. I paid the $10, and FedEx says delivery on April 15 by noon, PST (CA).
Looks like at best, my $10 might get it here 24hrs sooner. Oh well... what's $10 more on top of a $1600 computer, right?
I received my order acknowledgement from Apple at 3:11 Eastern Time. 512 GB Gold. Says 3-4 weeks delivery from the beginning. It's exactly the same model in Canada as in the US. It's the first time I've ever ordered something at launch that deliveries weren't the same date as the U.S. (My watch has the same April 24 - May 5 as the other early orders. Not happy, but optimistic the rMB will still switch over Sunday night (when they usually seem to) or at least arrive within a week later.

I think you're obviously just trying to stir up a hornet's nest in here. No one is picking them up that early. And Best Buy in Portland isn't selling them yet. Knock it off...
I wish I could figure out how Apple's order processing works. I ordered mine very early in the morning on release day, and other people who placed orders later in the day for the same model (512GB 1.2 Space Gray) are already receiving shipment information.
mine is still in processing, with an estimated delivery of May 8-15th.
I also noticed that late yesterday the silver version was showing as shipping in 1-3 days, whereas space gray and gold were 3-4 weeks. I guess people are bored with classic macbook silver and black....

Updated pickup date to april 16th
I edited my original posting to show pickup date of apple store on April 16th, not the 14th...I also added a picture to show proof. And about the best buy having one in stock, like I said I saw someone walk out with one and even talked to the person at BestBuy

Mine has got international clearance but that's all. So they will leave tomorrow morning (the Fedex plane to Memphis has left Shangai already). Which is consistent with a Wednesday delivery.
