Just Got My 13" MBP...

...Thread. 😉

Well anyone have it yet? I am picking one up as soon as they appear in-store here in the Great White North. Just spoke to an employee and they are expecting them today!!! 😀
 
I bought mine the day the back to school promotion went on...which was 13 days ago. I have 14 days to exchange mine. I called this morning and I was told they do not have any yet...I'm hoping they'll get them later today. I want a backlit keyboard.

I am hoping to go this Friday and grab that and an iPod Classic.

I was hoping for impressions in this thread. Shame for deception.
 
I've got my friend by my UMB as soon as my local Apple Store has the 13"MBP in. I'll be calling every day until they do. :waits anxiously:
 
I'm ordering mine today with the SSD option so it will take 1-2 weeks unfortunately. To the OP, please be kind and don't create misleading thread titles just to get people to click on your link. I thought you got one and I was looking for reviews. 😛

Sorry again. Im just itching to get one today after work myself so this can be an official "I got my..." thread. I guess I got a little excited.
 
I just bought one from the Apple store on Prince St in NYC. I haven't opened it yet but Ill post back when I open it.
 
I have to wait until August to get one 🙁 Which sucks because my white one just decide to stop working! I'm on my sister's crappy acer now.

Ok Im home and I opened it. My LCD model # is 9C9F. I can tell you the viewing angel is 100 times better than the old Uni MacBook. In fact, its better than the Uni 15" MacBook Pro (not the new one). Very nice machine.
I had to remove the 10 screws on the botton to replace the hard drive. Once the bottom plate is off, you have access to the hard drive, battery and memory.

Honestly, it's the same thing as the unibody MacBook in terms of size, weight, look and feel. It has a better battery and more colorful display. And that's it.

🙂 good to hear it's even better than the uni 15" mbp. so once you take off the bottom panel? you can even remove the battery if you wanted to or is it locked in somehow?

You can remove the battery but it has the warranty seal so Apple will know if you removed it.
