Well, the downside with the MM is that you can't hold down the right button and left-click at the same time. I use that for quickly zooming and shooting in games, so it wasn't really for me. Beyond that, I would still recommend a wired mouse for gaming as the response time is probably better.

BT has pretty good response. My old one button mouse was pretty good in Halo.
