Hello,
Just unboxed my new iPad 4.
A real thing of beauty. Already typing from it.
Just did the initial setup and went to the settings and configured the basics.

This is my first iOS device ever, so I am a bit lost here...
What are the must have apps either free or payed for the iPad?

I just downloaded Dropbox, Evernote, eBay app and pulse news.
Apps I already know.

So, what do you guys use and recommend?

Cheers!

If you want to see that beast working....Modern Combat 3 and NOVA 3

Next Issue! It's Netflix for Magazines

Next Issue gives you a 30 day Free trial to download and read any magazine you want like Time, People, Entertainment Weekly, GQ. They have Back Issues too!

The magazines look great on my iPad Mini. Wish they had even more magazines like Rolling Stone or Maclife but they are adding more on a regular basis.

Highly recommended for magazine lovers or for folks who don't want to lug around all their magazines

That has nothing to do with the device or the OS and everything to do with personal preference. What are you looking to do? Are there apps from another device or OS that you're looking for equivalents?

Some of my most used apps are iAnnotate, Backgammon, Dropbox, Spotify, Circus Ponies Notebooks, OmniFocus, Byword and Sente.

After more thought. Some of my other top apps.
