Hi everyone!
I got my iPhone 15 and I'm getting used to it, I still currently prefer my Samsung but I'm giving it a shot. Finally joined the iMessage blue bubble gang! 😝
Is there any good tips/tricks? I like the Dynamic Island because it tells me how many bus stops I have left. lol 😂. One feature I discovered! The battery life is pretty good so far!

Please post some photos of your new 15 so we all could admire it from miles away!

What color did you get?

Got the Pink to match my iPad Air 3!

My advice is to look into the somewhat boring, but necessary (imho) behind the scenes things that is very good to have an understanding of.

Fist off, understand how icloud works and more so, how to quickly lock your device (should it get lost) and how to find it. Most people doesn't seem to know how to use "find my phone" without an app. Understand the security aspects such as enabling "stolen device protection".
Start using faceID on more apps so that you don't have to reveal you passcode often.

Enjoy! It’s a beautiful phone! I just got my daughter a pink 15 today, she’s over the moon and also came from a Samsung but she has an iPad so there isn’t a big learning curve. I’m so glad to have her fully into the Apple ecosystem with me, I’ve been here since 2006!

Interesting. 3 years ago my friend’s google maps had better functionality on android than mine on ios. Not sure how it compares now.
I did like 10 months on a Google Pixel in 2020 (to 2021 when I went back to iPhone). I still have the Pixel and I kept the 6s Plus I had before the Pixel so I had something to compare to. For me, Google apps were better on iOS.

Buy Tiny Wings, Trism, Rolando and dozens of other iOS exclusive games Android (sadly) will never get. They're all a blast!

Trick is when you're on Android is to use the Microsoft apps because they are better than the Google apps 😂

are you going to get a case for it? I'm case free on mine and it's held up well except for tiny micro scratches on screen when I forget and put my keys in the same pocket!
I've got a clear Spigen case to show off the nice pink! I also got a pack of screen protectors coming in the mail.
