Coming from an iPad Air 2, all I can say is “wow.” The Liquid Retina display is more than just marketing fluff. I never thought I was anything less than pleased with the Air 2 Retina display until I saw this thing. What Apple is able to achieve now with LCD displays is remarkable.
The straight edges give the appearance of being thicker, but I confirmed that it’s just an illusion by holding the two side-by-side. New Pencil is fantastic, Smart Folio is a solid improvement over the old Smart Covers. Apple is so far ahead of the competition in the tablet market it’s absurd.
