Just got my new MBP - Random shared drive question?

Hi folks!

First post here, so be kind!

Just unboxed my brand new MBP 15" and noticed an oddity?

Keep in mind I'm a Mac virgin but under "Shared" in Finder I seem to have a volume called "thomson" that when I go into its settings says I'm signed in as a Guest and that its a PC Server?

I'm connecting wirelessly through a BT Homehub which isn't connected to anything else at all!

Anybody shine some light?

I think BT HomeHubs are manufactured by Thomson. I'm guessing it's something to do with the modem/router's ability to host a NAS (network attached storage).

Sooo..is that the general concencus of what it is?

It's kind of annoying that its just *there* but I guess I can put up with it if thats all it is?
