Hello there! So, yesterday my uncle gave me his 2009 MBP, because he bought a new one on black friday (mostly just so he could give me his old one. he's so nice.) Anyway. He didn't format the computer, so for the most part everything of his is still on here. My question is, should I format? If I format, I'll lose the copy of MS Office 2011 that he has on here. Is there a way I could back that up before formatting?
It's rather annoying having to sift through all his junk on here. But I don't want to lose anything that I can take advantage of without backing it up. Advice? Thanks so much for the help!
