Are you a doctor?

I've seen research studies where the test subjects are capable of telling when a cell phone call has been received based on the level of physical discomfort they feel. ... but when I first adopted wifi networking in my own home I personally experienced some discomfort and migraines which can't be otherwise explained. Whether it is all in the mind or not, I do not know, but at least I am not like some who stand behind their so called science and act like know-it-alls.
Plug yourself into an oscilloscope. You will be surprised by what you see. What you will see is that the RF in the room produced by powerline voltage is much more intense than the radiation from cellphones and wireless routers.

They all are very similar to the Apple Newton:

So I guess Apple isn't really ripping off anybody after all.

Yeah aple is really Re-inventing the cellphone alright.

Years of re-search?

Apples re-search department is
quite good at back-dating things aren't they.

Fact of the matter is that the only unique thing about Apple's effort is their heavily researched and patented multi-touch system You do remember for several months ago we have seen the patents for the touch screen interface iphone uses.

I commend Apple for designing their own touch-screen interface that fits their device better. Even the most ardent Apple fan must realise that everything else on that phone isn't revolutionary. Apple just decided to release the product, unlike others like LG that are still quite quiet about theirs.

I do hope everyone has calmed down and started to think rationally. Of course some of you have no shame and you will defend to the death how the iphone is the best thing since oxygen. I pity you.

The iphone is fine piece of technology, no doubt and I would give it awards.....but its neither the first, nor revolutionary or is apple claims of re-inventing the cell phone hold any weight. I would still get one, when the price is reasonable or another current company comes up with something similar or better....which is very possible.

Those pictures don't prove anything. They certainly don't prove that Apple has not spent years researching iPhone.

I am thinking rationally.

I still don't see how two photos prove your point that this product has not been under development for 2+ years.

blah blah blah

There's a lot more to the phone than the keypad. You must not have watched that entire video. If you did, I can't see how you can actually believe what you said. Watching the news all that day (as I always do) the iPhone was mentioned in just about every single show every hour and everybody was raving about it. Most people recognize how insane this phone actually is.

So you're telling me Apple whipped together the iPhone in the last month since that LG phone has been around??? I don't think so. I'm sure both phones share similar interfaces, but that's likely only because they are both GOOD interfaces, not because one copied the other.

Besides, nobody knows any more features of the KE850...there are just the few pics...that happen to have similar look and feel. We KNOW the capability and functionality of the iPhone, we don't know squat about the LG, so to put those two side by side and say one copied the other is down right idiotic and quixotic.
