The bottom near the headphone jack

Hmmm, wonder if that'll be a problem for me too.

I noticed that's the ONLY place that didn't seem to adhere 100%. It started coming up right after install (like a day after) I pressed it back down and warmed it up with a hair dryer and it seemed to stick but I can see it getting borked up again with the inserting and removal of my headphones repeteadly.

Time will tell.

At least I have a spare hanging out in my "cell phone related junk" box in the closet.

I messaged BSE and there sending me a replacement for free

Good to know.

I'll see how long I get out of the one that's on there. i was thinking of gifting my "extra" BSE to my co-worker for christmas since he loves to have his phone w/o a case but doesn't want it to get scratched up.

and he'd never take the initiative to get one himself. I offered him a FREE screen protector if he would just come into the office and get it from me (he works remote -- lucky)... he wouldn't come get it.

I used to use Zagg and BSE before and I remember it having a distinctive rubbery feel. Anyway, I purchased the Spigen front and back since it was readily available on Amazon but the sides were still exposed and may be damaged from paint chipping.

I've had sticker boy.net products before on 4/4S and they now have a clear one. Purchased a clear front, matte back and sides and they did a combination of dry and wet application. Both can work - depends on how well you install it. Anyway, it looks a lot better now. The Spigen had a lot of scratches after Day 1 and this one still looks goes great days after. No "rubbery/sticky" feeling at all; just feels like how it was without the skins on it. It's not much, but using code: CABLE gets you 5% off.
