its called iFloat avalible on Cydia😉

If any of you arent going to answer i guess I will. Yes you can DL anything u feel like from the app store (as long as your running 2.w/e). You can also now take advantage of fully customizing your ipod, download winterboard and some themes.

I also reccomend gpsphone.
