Carrier Just left ATT grandfather unlimited plan

I just moved to the Cricket 30$ a month plan and had my number ported. Do I need to cancel ATT plan or does that occur automatically?

ATT is notified during the porting process.

Porting out automatically cancels.

If you did anything online your online account may still be there though. We left Sprint in 2015 and I can still login to their website even though there are no lines attached any more.
