Just my experience apple watch 7.0 and iOS 14.

Note : I'm a developer mobile and kinda noob in every one so no flame war yeah.

Requirement : You need to install the ios 14 to get latest apple watch 7.0

My Current Test Phone : iPhone 7
My Current Apple Watch : Series 5

Downloading Time :
1 hour for iOS 14
1 hour for phone OS and installing.

** My Internet Speed is 100 mbps fibre

Can i downgrade iOS 13 and get back apple watch even i do reset all setting in watch?
No.

Is still i get weird inclusive EKG ? ?
YES

Did i check the battery health ?
Yeah 100 at the watch only one month..

Can i transfer DATA when my apple watch OS 7 to iPhone 7
No.. nothing just red box phone.No iMessage,No EKG transfer to phone, No Heartbeat data ..Silence.

Did the watch os 7 can work without OS 14?
Yeah.. just dumb watch.

Did those ring complete itself ?
Yeah.. Standing

Did ring seem odd even i walk a lot ?
Yeah

What my next move?
I gonna get iPhone se second hand/used..To test my apps

Why i just don't go Apple Store to restore old OS Watch ?
Not exist in my country only authorised reseller/authorised repair.

Annoyance. My iPhone saying cannot use so as the watch. It should be auto like most of the cheap band watch.

I just reinstall back iOS 14 on iphone 7.
I can see the old Version Operating System for watch . Don't restore because kinda lazy for restoring mode.

i do testing apps phone, so i need to test ios13 since my last iphone 5s is dead. I only got ipad os and ipod 6th gen which max ios 12.

** Aosp here not super technical people ,they just more on sales.

Got two diff sales and repair . I need to go other state for service or they send to service center . Im not sure how guiness bar work but here i dont like to assume and wait.
