Just ordered a MBP Retina-have questions

Just ordered a refurbished MBP Retina as a secondary Photoshop/Aperture/future Lightroom 🙁 machine.
Please check the specs below and let me know what you think. Currently I shoot RAW files with 16, 22, and 40MP cameras.
Hope I made the right decision for my budget.

If you're planning on storing all of your work on an external drive (recommended), it should be ok. PS CC may lag a bit if you try doing a lot of 3D work.
