Bestbuy.com has the new 2nd gen cases, they've been uploading them this morning. There are a few flip cases made my Hurley, Betsey Johnson, Steve Madden, and they've got Liz Claiborne ones for the 1st gen. I used to work at BBY, and before i left I bought a Liz Claiborne case knowing that I would buy an iPod touch once they released new ones, so we'll see if it fits in there. I don't think it would be too hard to push the volume controls through the case, but we'll see what happens when my iPod touch arrives Monday morning.
(Ordered it at 10:30pm EST on 9/9, engraved, and being shipped to Blacksburg, VA)

Just an FYI - If you are just replacing your old Touch - Every old case I had for my 1st Gen Touch fits perfectly on the new one.

My Touch is gonna arrive in the 15th...pretty late, but still, I think I'm gonna wait till some are available on Best Buy so I can just buy it rather than waiting and stuff 😛
