There is no Apple in Romania, only Authorised Resellers.
The device will launch in 80 countries on the first wave, including Romania.

Believe it or not this guy isn't lying. I went to the companies site and although I can't read crap they do allow you to put it in the cart. LOL. To bad it isn't in the US.

Just got off the phone with Noumax. My order was processed this morning and everything is OK.
They said that Romania has the same Launch Day as US, UK, Germany and so on (first launch wave - 80 countries) so my device will ship on Friday just like yours from apple.com.

I get that you're excited to have placed your order. Especially since this is the only way for you to do it in your Country. But, I'm gonna go with everyone else on this. Essentially a company told you that they will have the new apple tv and is telling you that you can have one. Until Apple opens ordering you were just made a promise (probably one you can rely on) but just a promise nonetheless. They could have opened their order system a week ago if they felt like it.

I was going to refrain myself from responding in this thread but I felt I had to chime in. I understand your enthusiasm and excitement but I do think you're making a bigger deal out of this then is necessary. At the end of the day Apple itself has not started preorders and has not given a firm release/availability date so any pre-order even from an authorised reseller doesn't mean anything until there is official information from apple regards pre-orders and a release/availability date. Like other's have said any third party retailer can open up preorders when they want to but it doesn't mean anything until there is official information from Apple.
