Just ordered new 24" iMac - UPDATE: It shipped!

I just ordered a new 24" iMac, I'm upgrading from my 20" iMac.

I only ordered a few hours ago and already I cannot wait until it arrives!! The suspense is killing me! I find myself on the Apple site constantly looking at pictures and specs even though I already know what its going to look like and everything, lol.

This waiting game sucks, how did all you guys pass your time while waiting for your new iMacs?

i know how you feel. I even bought my wireless mighty mouse and keyboard separately because it changed shipping status from "within 24 hours" to "1-3 days" and i got next day shipping too. Haha. That next 36 hours or so sucked pretty badly. i was going crazy. Haha!

Congratulations on your new iMac!

I'm super excited about ordering my new iMac too - got 98 days left before I can order. I have to order in the new tax year, or my accountant will tell me off.

Actually I've found myself spending a fair bit of time checking Apple's shipping site when I ordered an iPod Nano for myself and my wife. It was so exciting. And that was only iPod Nano's - I'm going to be buzzing when I order my 24" iMac 3.06 / ATi 4850

The baby on the left is the new one, 24 inches of pure Apple beauty. The 20" will be going to a better home soon enough.
