Just ordered new MBA 13...am I destined for doom and gloom?

I have had my 2013 MBA about 3 weeks very happy no issues with wifi, had 2007 Airport Extreme fist gen. just updated yesterday to new Airpot Extreme did not have any problems with either just wanted dual band output at same time for older computer in the house.

Hows the speed of the new router? Is it worth the upgrade?

Well worth it! ipad, iphone and Macbook Air much faster! can go anywhere in house and signal does not drop even outside on patio! Wife said she did not notice any difference on her Dell. I told her thats no surprise. you need a real computer to make a difference. I got smacked for that answer.

I'm still extremely pleased with my last-generation 2012 Air, just as pleased as I was for several years with my 2009 Air before it. I plan on getting several more years of solid service from this little computer; they're wonderful little machines!
