I live in Canada and the nearest store is the Eaton's Centre if that makes any difference.

Around Chicago they sell "renewed" ones where they were returned complete to the store. Call your local store.

Factory "refurbished" is only available online.

Just curious, but how much does the open box price differ from the normal price?

Just went on my lunch break, I just asked if they have any older model Macbooks, they said they shipped em back as soon as they updated.
