I think he has a direct PRISM link with the NSA because I see him in all kinds of forums following up whenever his company is dragged into something.
And for the record... I have purchased no less than $50k worth of goods from B&H over the years (including all my macs) and only one return that went without a hitch. Not one single problem. Shipping/packaging is amazing. I think they handle about a gazillion orders a day.
