iPad Pro Just Picked Up My iPad Pro 10.5 From Sprint

    I have a good connect at the Sprint store in Waterford, CT. He said if they got any iPad Pro 10.5s in, Id definitely have one held. They got one in. He wasnt even working today! I called to see if any came in and his co-worker said, "yes, but its held". I asked if it was for me, giving my name, BAM! SURE WAS FOR ME!

    This thing is a beast! It's extremely worth the upgrade from any other iPad and best off, Sprint is giving $100 off! SWEET!!!

    Well least this new 10.5 iPad makes up for the iPad that you lost about a month ago. But $100.00 is a nice discount.

    HAHA! Absolutely! I bet that iPad Air 2 is in my house somewhere. Oh well! This iPad was well worth the upgrade. The screen is absolutely stunning. Its movements are so fluent. $100 off was a perk well worth the investment.

    The 120 HZ Promotion display is a huge advantage for these new Pro's with the P3 color gamut. It's worth it alone for this feature for me. And the quad speakers are excellent.

    Did you add a line to a Sprint plan?

    I tried to do this and
    A) their website sucks and won't let you order
    B) I forgot how many hours I spent switching to sprint to get my iPhone 7plus deal. Today I had a chat session, a 1+ hour phone call and another 30+ min phone call each offering conflicting data plans. I got frustrated and said "forget it, I don't want to order".

    I had everything done in the first call but they couldn't get my credit cards to run even though I called Chase to make sure it would go through. The guy said he would call back in an hour which he didn't. Then when I called back they tried to take me through the whole thing again like my order wasn't saved.

    Ridiculous!

    I went into the Sprint store, add the iPad to my plan for 10 bucks more a month. Signed the papers, and walked out in about 10 minutes. I live in Rhode Island and the Sprint store I deal with is about 20 minutes away in Connecticut. If I order over the phone or online, RI taxes are CRAZY! Like over 130 bucks! I paid 40 bucks at the store in CT.

    Sucks you're having such a hard time! I hope the best for you! Which model you going for?

    I received a wifi model today from Apple but I want to go back to having lte

    I went to the Sprint store today and ordered the 10.5 Silver 256 and it was super easy. Never calling Sprint customer service again - I'm just going in person. I told Emily her colleagues on the phone were incompetent and that she was super helpful.

    I called in when getting my Mini 4, and it was insanity. The language barrier was to much for the guy to handle. Doesnt help I talk like Im from NYC with a hint of Boston in there (RI accent). The guy had no clue wtf I was talking about. LMAO

    Sprint just called me I guess in response to the poor survey I completed after my phone calls on Tuesday. Of course she did not know that I had completed my order at a Sprint store yesterday (wouldn't this be in her system?). She did provide an instant $35 credit on my account for my trouble. When I told her that I had been given 3 different stories on data plan options she asked if I had used the $200 promotion for the iPad Pro (new story #4).

    She told me it was the same promotion as the $100 off the price of the iPad promotion to which I asked - how is $100 the same as $200? She then talked in circles saying that I would be receiving service credits of $8+ a month totaling $200 over 24 months but we'll see. What I signed was $4 credits totaling $100.

    As far Sprint goes, the head doesn't seem to know what the tail is doing. With 31 different flavors of promotions the four people I spoke with couldn't pick the same one.

    Fingers crossed that my girl in the store comes through and my iPad arrives for pick up by Monday at the latest.

    I agree. Its a *&$% show half the time at Sprint. Hope you get the extra 100! That would be awesome. Also, where in NC you from? I grew up in Greensboro.

    Sprint in-store only from now on. Picked up my 10.5 Silver 256 today after ordering on 6/14 in-store just a couple hours before flying out to D.C. for the week. Just in time to allow good use of LTE on the road
