Just received 2020 MacBook pro

Just got my base model with upgraded ram last week with AirPods Pro promotion thru education store (teacher).
Should I return and get the m1 with 16gb? How would this work with the promotion I had. I’ve already used the AirPods

Keep in mind that if you return it you will also have to return the AirPods and since the promo is over you won’t be able to get those again.

your MacBook now is basically guaranteed to function as intended in terms of how you need to use it.

If you are using it for teaching, I assume you need a system that is stable, reliable, and predictable. Between that need and the free AirPods that you lose out on, I would not personally return it.
