Just received my MBP from Applecare, scratches!!

I just received my MBP back from AppleCare, and I have some new scratches on the bottom plus a scratch on my power button. Is Apple liable for these? I took some pictures before sending it to them, but has anyone else had issues like this?

Call apple and tell them about it. See if they can do anything for you.
