Just received Safari 13.0.2 update

I just received the Safari 13.0.2 update. It seems to be a lot faster when browsing pages. Is it just me or does anyone notice it?
BTW I can't find any release note for 13.0.2 anywhere online. I clicked on update too quick and I forgot to read the release note.

I'll do Mojave in VM and copy and paste notes (it any), as i'm already up to date on host

I'm at the stage now. "Apple does know CVE. they just do not want to publish them" There is always someting to fix.... so its never just for 'performance issues only' Some may be, but i doubt its as much as whats been on Apple security page.
