the retail stores have been giving me a problem when trying to exchange the additional usb adapter charger I bought saying the device needed to be tied to a serial number - for now. So I exhanged one and still have a defective (not really) one.

Anyone have better luck?

Apple retail store?

I knwo others have said they had no problem, evne if they tied it to a iPhone serial number they still got it replaced.

If they won't replace it, ask to speak to the manager.

If that doesn't work, say "Okay, I'll plug it in over here, snap off the defective prong, shock myself, and then sue YOU and Apple for millions of dollars." That'll do it. :)
