ok...what model iphone do you have? did you restore to a custom firmware? what carrier are you on? we need those answers to help you.

Most likelly your unlock if you used one is gone the moment you updated to 3.1.3
What did you use to go back to 3.1.2? Blacksnow, redsnow, stock firmware?

i used the link in your post.

stock firmware. i have the SHSS files stuff from cydia... down graded to 3.1.2 by editing the hosts file with the cyida sever...

phone restored to 3.1.2

no cell signal...

so i just updated back to 3.1.3 and it worked...

but its been a few days with out jailbreak and i feel like my iphone has lost value... help🙁

Jesus, why don't you try restoring to an earlier backup of your iPhone? See the screenshot in the thread I started. Might work for you...
