Just set up my brand new 4S - but no Siri...?

I backed up my 3gs and then restored my 4s from the backup..

Is this a mistake. My 4S looks just like my 3Gs, i.e. no Siri.

My first new iphone so I'm sure I'm doing some v. stoopid.

Settings > General > Siri > On

And then you can hold down the home button to activate Siri.

You have to turn Siri on in the settings to enable
