Just sold Iphone, what to do next

I just sold my iphone on ebay. I unlocked and jailbroke the phone for the buyer. I restored it under itunes first and then the unlocking, etc. Should I do anything else to it, just want to make sure no personal data is left on it. Also should I deactive it or leave it actived?

remove your sim, restore all setings!
