iPhone Just updated 13.2.3, Phone came to a crawl

Iphonex was running perfect on 13.2.2 I upgraded to 13.2.3 and now I have apps like Instagram that barely load and when they do I get skips in the audio and video every 10 seconds. When listening to podcasts I have skips in the audio every 10 seconds. Messages barely loads takes forever for the keyboard to open. This is horrible. How do I go back!

Doesn’t seem like OP is interested in jailreaking their device. They just want to downgrade.

A simple recovery mode restore will do the trick.

Downloading the .ipsw file can be done here: https://ipsw.me/iPhone10,3
Downgrading using recovery mode is the easiest way. Instructions are here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263

When going into iTunes, hold down the shift (PC) or command (MacOS) button and select the restore button. Find the downloaded .ipsw file and double click it. iTunes should proceed to verify software and prepare restore once verified.

This doesn't sound typical. Perhaps reinstalling might be in order?
