I have a 2017 Macbook Pro 13 with touchbar. My computer has been sitting on my desk, no issues. I am not sure if 10.14.14 caused this, but my computer will not charge after the update. I have tried multiple USB-C charges. No luck. I have tried resetting P-RAM, SMC, nothing is helping. I really hope others are having this issue. Any and all help is appreciated.

I would like to believe that you really don't "hope others are having this issue." That's quite selfish. If it's occurring on all ports, then you can most likely rule out the charging circuit, controller, and ports. Do you have USB-C or Thunderbolt devices to check? If those are operational, then this could help to rule out power delivery. However, this isn't definite. More information would be helpful, such as you have more than one power adapter and cable. Are they certified for Intel Thunderbolt? Other than having equipment or other devices to check your power delivery from AC to the adapter through the cable to your notebook, then there would be no other way to know if those are damaged. Apple Store or authorized third-party has this equipment.

Sounds good. They're going to perform a clean install as part of the protocol for troubleshooting. Resetting SMC, NVRAM (you can boot into recovery to clear variables and to check with the 'nvram' command), and reinstall the OS. Your best bet is to do this first. Of course, if you don't have at least 50-60% battery life remaining, then reinstalling won't work. Either way, good luck.

I am not sure how I didn't realize this beforehand, as I tried my Nintendo Switch charger and I thought it was doing the same thing, but I guess my emotions got the best of me. Long story short, my power brick was the issue. The timing of the update and it dying was pure coincidence. Apple Care will replace the brick.

With that being said, I have the butterfly keyboard key repeating issue as well, and there is an authorized repair shop near me that claims they can replace my keyboard in store, provided they have the parts. Has anyone heard of an authorized repair shop replacing butterfly keyboards in-store?
