Just used jailbreak me...a few questions

1. Which apps can add more icons to the screens? Dock?
2. Categories- after icons that I put in folders are hidden, are their original places still taken up? I can't seem to move other apps to those locations.

1) For more icons in the dock, download 5-Icon Dock (if you want 5 icons). For more on the home screen, download 5-column SpringBoard.
