Just wanted to thank AT&T reps for being cool

    AT&T and their personnel get pretty bad raps on these forums. Generally because many of us feel entitled, are impatient. That said, I wanted to take a second to thank the several people at AT&T customer service that I had the pleasure of speaking with Friday. I'm sure they had hellish days dealing with Apple nerds and fanatics yet each was was extremely friendly, polite and seemingly willing to do what they could to help. A far cry from my experience with Verizon. They moved up my upgrade by 3 weeks and even helped me cancel my order soI could order at Apple.com.

    First rate staff. If their back end ordering systems were only as good, then I'd have zero complaints. US wireless is more or less a duopoly and it could be much much worse in terms of service. But my experience will keep me a subscriber for years to come.

    I've had NOTHING but A+ service reps when I call AT&T and I've had them for 15+ years. That's something AT&T has done a great job with.

    Glad you had a great experience. It's hit or miss for me..
