I really don't know enough about video cards to really get an idea as to what my Mac can and can't run. I'm sure I can't run brand new games...but there are some older games I'd like to run. Like Sim City 4 haha.

    OSX 10.5.7
    2.66 Intel 2 Duo
    4GB 800 MHz

Can I run stuff like Sim City 4 or The Sims 2...or even 3 (probably not).

Thanks for any help...I feel sort of embarrassed having to ask.

If your mac has the nVidia 9400M or higher, then yes, it will run The Sims 3.

What kind of Mac do you have?

It's an iMac. I think I have a ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro built in. That's what my system profiler says anyway. But, you know, I don't really know if this is worse, better, or equal to whatever is required.
