I'd say its a pretty fair price. I paid about the same for my 1.5GHz Combo drive model about 2 years ago in great shape, but without all the extras you got. Girlfriend just got one a month ago with original box, video adapters, nice Incase bag, but a small dent on the front for $220.
 
I was trying to sell my iMac G4 and I ended up buying a PowerBook G4 instead. Ha! I bought mine off of Craigslist for a really good deal - $250 for 15" 1.67Ghz in great condition. I think that was a rare find.

I think $350 for the 12" is a good deal. Nice job.
