Justifying upgradting from M1 mac to M4? question for wifi 7

Does the lack of Wifi 7 make sense to hold an upgrade?

My M1 is working fine although its been getting slow and I need more data. however, if Wifi 7 has 10x lower latency would it make sense to wait?
 
not really. most cases you’ll still be bottlenecked by the upstream internet or access point you connect to. still a lot of wifi N out there.
