Employees say they quit in frustration or were fired over glaring cybersecurity issues that went ignored.

Employees warned Kaseya’s higher-ups for years about critical security flaws in its software but their concerns were brushed off, former workers told Bloomberg. Several staffers quit in frustration or were fired after repeatedly sounding the alarm about failings in the IT firm’s cybersecurity practices. Now, Kaseya is at the center of a massive ransomware attack that’s ensnared more than 1,000 companies worldwide.

The company I work for was also a victim of an attack, but as we have 24/7 service the servers were shut down immediately. I've always thought that Kaseya blows and my instincts were right, but no one listens to me anyway since there are so many Kaseya's fanboys out there that have surprisingly been quiet ever since that happened.

Well when you outsource to mass production type services its like going to a fast food restaurant and getting a burger.

Citing the source as you have is good and important, and when quoting someone else's work, as in your first two paragraphs, it's equally good to put the author's words in quotes so that it's differentiated from your own words.
