Got mine yesterday. It did arrive in black.
So far pretty happy. Great case to lightly protect the air 2.
Here are pics of the case
The back of your case looks wrinkled like mine was. It was not form fitting at all. Leather stretches so I didn't see how this could get better over time and returned mine. There is something not quite right about the fit and the leather was just too thin for my taste. I had to manipulate the cover to get the magnets to turn my ipad on and off as well which was another negative.
Can you guys comment if the bottom border interferes with touch ID? What about trying to swipe up from border for control center when in landscape?
Those were my minor issues with first AIr case.
That logo looks hideous.
It looks nice only thing holding me back from getting it is those huge leather flaps over the bezel. I wish it had some type of clips don't like how that looks.
I agree.
I agree with this too. In all honesty the case just looks cheap and the fact the bezels are covered with leather would be a deal breaker for me if I was looking for a case like this.
Case looks fine to me and from the reviews the leather is excellent quality. Is that case really meant for an Air2?
Those photos aren't doing the vendor any favors.
The corners, cutouts, stand flap and stitching look crude, the leather looks like cheap vinyl, and I can imagine how much dust gets trapped under the bezel skirt. It also looks like it covers the light sensor.
Did I mention the crude stitching? Looks like it was done by hand. By a street urchin in a Kabul back alley. A 10 year old orphan with a two pack a day smoking habit, a crippled hand and one eye, with an AK74 carried muzzle down, with a carry strap made of the same pleather looking leather.
Not a good look.

Your comments are doing you any favors. Neither the case nor the stitching is crude. Sounds like you aren't very familiar with leather products. Those photos aren't doing the vendor any favors.
