I use my current 9.7" Pro at work everyday and will soon be upgrading to the 10.5" so in the market for a smart looking case.

Has anyone tried the case from the link below? Doesn't have to be with the 10.5", just from KAVAJ.

I have one of these for the 12.9. The quality is not bad for the price but I only really put it on if I am taking it out if the house. The main downside is when you need to swipe up from the bottom or down from the top (when in landscape) it doesn't really provide much room for the finger so ends up being a bit of a pain for control centre and notifications. Otherwise one of the nicer portfolio solutions.

I asked that exact question via Amazon last night. I've seen one video that mentioned that for the 12.9" model. I'm thinking of getting this for the 10.5", I can only assume that issue would be exaggerated due to the smaller side bezels being in that position when in landscape.

Really appreciate you providing that feedback, thank you.

Still really like the look and functionality of this case. I'm after a case with this look but also allows you to sit the iPad at the angle you need while using the on-screen keyboard. I've seen a lot of similar looking cases but only provide the angle needed when viewing content.

The Torro case looks very nice and mainly fits the bill but it does not have the pencil holder and is currently only available in black by the look of it. I have a few of their cases for other devices and they are always nice quality. Personally I find the leather nicer than that used on the Kavaj cases.

I got a similar looking Kavaj for my father to use with his older iPad a couple of years ago and to my understanding it has held up well, to my surprise I must say, as I wasn't convinced by its materials initially; it's one of those leather cases that make you go "hmm, is this really genuine leather...". The "cognac" color-scheme is susceptible to some discoloring but then so are most light-colored cases, leather and PU alike.

Really like the look of this, thanks for the recommendation. I could purchase one of those Apple Pencil "straps" that wrap around the case to go with this.
