How do I keep the Dock visible on both displays at all times? I have "hide" disabled in System Preferences > Dock, but it only shows up on one of my displays. I have to move the mouse down on the other display, often several times, for the dock to appear. When it does, it disappears from the other display. How can I enable it on both displays?

TIA.

You can only summon the dock and menu bar on one display at a time. You can't change this behaviour.
