Keep Flash Full Screen on Second Monitor

With Flash 10.1 out now is it possible to keep flash full screen on my second monitor while working on my macbook pro screen?

I couldn't this morning. I had espn 3 full screen on an external monitor via display port and when I clicked on my MacBook pro screen the full screen went back to regular view.

To my knowledge without a file hack to one of Adobe's flash files this will not work - and still does not work with 10.1.

It kinda sucks, big time. You'd think it wouldn't be that hard...just some flag they would set to 1 or 0 and be done with. But NOOO......just not there.
