Other Keep getting text messages that I didn't sign up for what should I do ?

What I usually do is simply block it and delete it if I didn’t initiate the text

Somebody’s mixing up their number on a COVID vaccination registration page, most likely.
Likely a wrong number or a scammer fishing for people to click that baited link.
Always block unknown senders then delete the message. Whatever you do - never- click on a link from an unknown sender

press that arrow right next to number as in the screenshot then tap on info then again tap on info and then Block this caller!
