Hello,
I have an iPad mini and iPhone 6S Plus. I have an unlimited data plan on my iPhone and was wondering if there is any way to keep iPhone tethered with iPad so that iPad always is connected to my iPhone's data? I hate that blue bar on my iPhone when I am tethering data with iPad. Any alternates?

Who is your cell phone provider? I have AT&T with unlimited data. Last I knew I could not tether.

Mine is a cellular iPad but my phone plan doesn't allow an additional sim for data sharing. I am free to tether though. I'm in Canada on Rogers with unlimited LTE.

The mobile share plans include tethering. I switched to one from unlimited. I think it's a better deal.

I've looked into it. I'd save some money. I average 4-4.5gb a month in data. So the 5gb shared plan would work for me. I guess I just like the feeling of having unlimited.
