Amy idea? I’m finding file-cemtric manager for managing files (so not something like Notability or Goodnotes).

It should have Mac version too.

I've been using Keep It for a few months and I like it a lot. I've had a couple of synch issues (as in, the sync didn't occur) but that might be user error.
