Keep photos on iPhone after deleting from iCloud

I uploaded my photos to iCloud but now my 5GB is full. I have downloaded some videos/photos from iCloud to my network drive so I don't need them in iCloud any longer. If I delete them in iCloud, they will also be deleted on my phone. Is there a way I can move them to a folder on my phone so that I still have them on the device but they are "disconnected" from iCloud? Or individually set each video/photo that I want to delete from iCloud to not sync with iCloud so they don't delete from the phone when I delete from iCloud?
