I’ d save ~$30 per month. I’m only using about 100gb on current iPhone.

I got the XS max last year only 64GB on the upgrade plan! I’m in the UK and the prices have really jumped! I was planning to down to the 11 pro before the prices were announced! I’m now going to go for the 11, it’s nearly £20 a month cheaper for me! Yes I’ll miss the 2x optical zoom but thinking the dual lens and ultra wide lens will make up for to!

I was thinking the same. But, when I compare my XsMax to my wife’s Xr I fell I’m going to miss the landscape and the screen quality.

Yeah jumping down from a beautiful crisp amoled display to a lcd display which doesn’t even have 1080p is a massive, massive downgrade. This honestly seems like a excuse to get a new phone.

Hold on to your XS for a long time is my advice. Go on a vacation or something you don’t need a new phone.

I’m in that same boat and am in the minority on the voting results with a different take.

Been a part of the AUP since Apple introduced it, using a 256GB XS Max the past year.

I use under 60GB of storage and was not overly impressed with the 11 Pro/Pro Max upgrades over what the base 11 offers. Not big on photography and battery life has never been an issue for me, so outside of the display, I don’t think I’ll be losing out much.

The 6.1” on the 11 will actually probably be the perfect size for me. The Max for me is just a little too big to use one handed.

Plus, I’ll save some cash, have a wider selection of colors to choose from, and next year, may go back to the Pro level phones if I find I am really missing a specific feature from them.

Just like I chose the gold color last year (never grew on me) but just kept it, I'm trying something new out this year.

I really wish they just offered both tiers of phones in the same sizes or swapped the sizes of the 11 and 11 Pro. I’d be on board with a 6.1” Pro.

The OLED gives me headaches, and find the max too big for my usage. I have a XR which is a work phone and I much prefer the LCD screen! I don’t use the phones for watching films or anything so the benefits of OLED are pretty wasted !
