I think it’s a keeper. Held next to an 11 pro max, it’s nearly the same size. I really can’t imagine getting something bigger - more would be unwieldy. I’m also an adventure guy, so...

Yeah agreed, had the 11 pro max. It’s the same size almost just not as boxy (thank god!) larger would be awkward not to mention heavy I’m afraid.

You absolute legend, never knew about that app, never have to take my phone now walking my dog haha. The main reason i was looking for a lighter phone. Tried it out this arvo worked great, chewed a bit of battery with cellular but thats ok for an hour.
If i could shout you a beer/wine i would, thanks :)

Discoverability of watch only apps is not great. The name doesn’t help either.

Weighs the same as my 11 Pro but feels a lot thicker even though I know it's a thinner device. I think the curved edges made the phone look and feel thinner than it was vs. the flat edges.
Having said that, I find the 12 Pro easier to type on and do like the flat sides vs. the round sides even though it makes the device feel thicker. I appreciate the larger screen size but wish the device wasn't larger overall vs. the 11 Pro.
I agree. The flat sides for me make the 12 Pro feel substantially thicker—to the point where I feel like I can’t get a good grip on the phone. I thought the squared design would be amazing until I got the 12 Pro on launch day and started using it... it just feels like a large brick. The camera system and battery life are so great though; I just don’t know if I should return it.

Oh, what to do...😔

So true. Hence my reluctance foe the 12 max ! Lol.
