Keeps asking for Keychain password?! How do I stop it?

Hi friends,

My MacBook continually and randomly asks for my Keychain password. I have to cancel (or enter it) every time, it's pretty irritating. It seems to be totally sporadic. Any idea how to reset this? Anything that will stop this process would be greatly appreciated 🙂

If you reset the password with the install disc recently, you may have forgotten to reset your Keychain. Alternatively if you haven't, open Keychain Access, and either run Keychain First Aid or reset your Keychain via the preferences.
